Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1350m) Airport.
Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu – Arughat (550m) continute Soti Khola (720m) by bus 9 hours.
Day 03: Trek from Soti Khola to Machha Khola (890m) 7 hrs
Day 04: Trek from Machha Khola to Dobhan (1000m) 6-7 hrs
Day 05: Trek from Dobhan to Philim (1590m) 6-7 hrs
Day 06: Trek from Philim to Lokpa (2240m) – Chumling (2,360m) 6-7 hrs
Day 07: Trek from Chumling to Chhekampar (3010m) 5-6 hrs
Day 08: Trek from Chhekampar to Nile (3480m) 4-5 hrs
Day 09: Exploration d ay: Nile to Mu Gompa (3709m)
Day 10: Trek from Chhekampar to Gumba Lungdang (3200m) 5-6 hrs
Day 11: Trek from Gumba Lungdeng to Lokpa (2240m) 7-8 hrs
Day 12: Trek from Lokpa to Gap (2300m) 6-7 hrs
Day 13: Trek from Ghap to Lho (3180m) 6-7hrs
Day 14: Trek from Lho to Sama Gaon (3530m) 5-6 hrs
Day 15: Sama: Rest and exploration day: Birendra Tal / Pungyen Gompa / Manaslu Base Camp
Day 16: Trek from Sama to Samdo (3875m) 4 hrs
Day 17: Trek from Samdo to Larkya Phedi/Dharamsala (4460m) 5 hrs
Day 18: Trek from Dharamsala to Bimthang (3720m) via Larkya La (5106m) 7-9 hrs
Day 19: Trek from Bimthang to Gho (2515m) 5-6 hrs
Day 20: Trek from Gho to Dharapani (1920m) 3-4 hrs
Day 21: Drive from Dharapani to Besisahar (760m) and continue Kathmandu (1345m) 8hrs
Day 22: Final Departure for your next destination.
