 Tilicho lake(4920m), being one of the highest situated lakes of Nepal, is the foremost highlight of the Tilicho lake trek. The trail follows the prominent places of the Annapurna region designated to take visitors to the highest incredible place to be. It is an ideal route for the adventurers who want to convey their time in the lap of the Himalayas exploring selves and the serene nature around them. With every step up in your journey, you find a perfect transition of climate and vegetation along with the vibrant culture of Nepal.


This popular trail begins from Chamje from where you follow the Marsyangdi River trails, through the charming villages, and finally to the Tlicho lake held calmly between the rocks.  Afterward, the trail leads you through Yak Kharka to join the main route of the Annapurna Circuit, the Thorongla Pass (5416m) being the challenging pass to climb through. The splendid view of the Annapurna range and Dhaulagiri Range while hiking across the Manang and Mustang respectively leaves you thrilled. Tilicho lake is a high altitude glacial lake and quite difficukt to trek there. Staying a night in a tillicho base camp and trek to Tilicho the next day will give you a stunning himalayas views during the trial.

Day 1: Arrival in Tribhuvan international airport1350m in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Full day Bhaktapur sightseeing tour and Trek preparation.

Day 3: Drive from Kathmandu to Besishahar continue Chemjhe (1350m) take 10 hours.

Day 4: Trek from Chamjhe to Dharapani (2260m) take 6 hours.

Day 5: Trek from Dharapani to Chame (2750m) takes 6 hours.

Day 6: Trek from Chame to UprePisang (3300m) takes 6 hours.

Day 7: Trek from Uperpisang to Manang (3540m) takes 7 hours.

Day 8: Acclimatization Day in Manang and Morning hike to Gangapurna Lake (3800m).

Day 9: Trek from Manang to Tilicho basecamp (4200m) takes 6 hours.

Day 10: Early morning hike to Tlicholake (4920m), about 3 hours to shirkharka (4250m).

Day 11: Trek from Shirkhaka to Lather (4250m) takes 4 hours.

Day 12: Trek from Lather to Thorang Highcamp (4800m) take 4 hours.

Day 13: Trek from Thorong high camp to hike Thorangla pass (5416m) then until Muktinath (3800m) takes 8 hours.

Day 14: Drive from Muktinath to Tatopani (Hotspring 1700m), 7 hours by local bus.

Day 15: Drive from Tatopani to Pokhara (840m) by sharing jeep /local bus takes 7 hours.

Day 16: Pokhara full day sightseeing with car.

Day17:  Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus or if required by plane.

Day 18: Final departure for your next destination.
